Hood County man has been arrested following a fatal crash

A Hood County man has been arrested following a fatal crash that prompted a major emergency response along a rural roadway Saturday.

Authorities have identified the suspect as Tyler Morgan Wallace, who was booked into the Hood County Jail on March 14, 2026.

According to booking records, Wallace faces the following charges:

• Intoxication Manslaughter with a Vehicle

• Intoxication Assault with a Vehicle (Serious Bodily Injury)

• Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon (Misdemeanor)
